Terms: The use of Mobile Warrior LLC’s apps are a flexible monthly service agreement for all accounts.
If you use it, pay for it. If you change your mind, stop paying for it. With our month-to-month usage terms,
you can cancel at any time without a penalty.

Delivery: Mobile Warrior LLC is available as a subscription service via the Internet and there is no
delivery of any software. There is nothing to download and install on your computer and there are no
shipping or delivery fees for using Mobile Warrior LLC.

Payment Options: We accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. Credit card payment is billed monthly in
advance of service. If your company requires a different payment option, please contact us.

Billing: You do not need to provide credit card or payment information to use a free trial. At the end of
your free trial, you will be prompted to enter your credit card information to set-up your payment for our
app. Your credit card will be automatically billed every month for continued service.

Cancellation: You can cancel at anytime without any penalty.

Returns/Refunds: There are no returns or refunds. We provide each user with a generous free trial period,
so you can try our app before you pay for it. Once you pay for the service for the month, we do not offer
any return or refund service. However, you can cancel at anytime without any penalty..
